7. Do you subcontract other companies to construct foundations or erect structures?
No. This policy enables us to ensure customer satisfaction pertaining to quality and schedule. Some projects require specialty work for which we aren't licensed (e.g. excavating, electrical, concrete flat work, etc.). Being a General Building Contractor, we subcontract licensed contractors with these specialties. However, our project manager remains onsite during all work.
8. Do you sell structures for customers to install themselves or otherwise engage their own contractor?
No, because this can cause problems. Who goofed if steel members don't fit together? Did the contractor construct foundations in the wrong locations? Or, did the erector do something wrong? Perhaps neither accept responsibility and claim the problem originated at the manufacturing plant. Such uncertainty presents situations where multiple vendors blame one another, leaving customers confused in the middle. Our Single Vendor Solution policy prevents this from happening.
9. Do you sell to distributors or ship structures outside of California?
No. We only provide structures that we construct, and we only do this in California.
